When will my products be dispatched?

The processing and production time is typically 5 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period.  There is then the delivery time which will depend on which courier service you choose - this will be shown at checkout.  In the unlikely case of an item being out of stock, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you'd like to proceed. 

How are my products shipped?

Depending on size, quantity and your choice of shipping method, orders are shipped by Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, USPS or DHL.  The packaging for various products is varied, but it's all eco-friendly.  The majority of parcels ship plastic-free.

Will I be able to track my products as they’re shipped to my customers?

Yes, but only if you’ve chosen the Recorded or Courier delivery option.  When shipped to the UK, Royal Mail's Recorded service is only tracked on collection and delivery - if you want to track UK parcels in more detail you'll need to use the Courier option.  Both Recorded and Courier offer detailed tracking for all orders shipped outside the UK.

Where can I find my parcel tracking information?

Your tracking code will be included in the delivery notification sent to your email address.  Please allow 48 hours for USPS tracking.

When will my products be delivered?

This depends on the courier handling your product. Estimated delivery times are summarised below:

UK:
  • Royal Mail / Evri 24 services: 1 to 3 days
  • Royal Mail / Evri 48 services: 2 to 5 days
  • Courier: Next working day
Europe:
  • Royal Mail services: 3 to 5 days
  • Courier: depends on the destination

    Rest of World:
    • Royal Mail services: 7 to 10 days
    • USPS (USA): 3 to 5 days
    • Courier: 5 to 7 days

      What if my order doesn't arrive?

      Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post.  We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & Rest of World.  This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time.

      If an order does not arrive, we recommend you check with your local post office then email us so we can resolve the issue.  Please note that we must be notified within 60 calendar days of any orders that have not arrived.  After this time, we cannot replace any orders free of charge.

      Do you ship worldwide?

      Yes, we can ship any order worldwide. International parcels are sent either through Royal Mail, DPD, USPS or DHL depending on the shipping method and destination.

      For Non-Branded Products (No Remarkable Running Logo)

      For our non-branded products, we work with a select group of suppliers who manage the order fulfillment.  

      Delivery:

      As your order may contain products from different suppliers, items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
      Please note that estimated delivery times may vary between products depending on the supplier and your chosen method of delivery service.

      Shipping costs and options:
      • Shipping costs will be calculated based on the supplier for each product.
      • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout with a choice of rates offered depending on the delivery service.
      • If your order is fulfilled by multiple suppliers, you will see the individual shipping rates for each shipment at checkout.
      Returns:

      Returns are accepted for 30 days from the delivery of items with free return shipping. Returns do not apply to final sale items.
