What is your 'Returns' Policy

Summary:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for our 'Remarkable Running' branded products unless there is a fault - please email us at info@remarkablerunning.com with a photo and description.

For non-branded goods, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do you ship your products?

Summary:

We ship our products using various carriers, including Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, USPS, and DHL.

Most orders are dispatched within 5 working days. Tracking is available for Recorded and Courier options, with delivery times varying by location. For more details, please refer to our shipping policy.

Where can I find my parcel tracking information?

You'll only be able to track your parcel if you’ve chosen the Recorded or Courier delivery option.

Your tracking code will be included in the delivery notification sent to your email address.  Please allow 48 hours for USPS tracking.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we can ship any order worldwide. International parcels are sent either through Royal Mail, DPD, USPS or DHL depending on the shipping method and destination.

Remarkable Running offers our signature range of activewear clothing including Performance T-Shirts, Tops, Jackets, Headwear and Running Accessories. We also have a curated range or products from our small group of suppliers that include Compression Socks, Sports Leggings and Bras and shoe insoles.
