Remarkable Running Branded Goods
Faulty or Damaged items:
Each product is made to order. If there’s a fault or damage, please email us within 28 days of delivery with your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Do not return items before contacting us. In most cases we can resolve issues from photos; if an inspection is needed, we’ll provide instructions.
Change of Mind:
As our 'Remarkable Running' branded products are made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size or change of mind.
Refunds:
Once approved, we’ll process refunds to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Returns For Non-Branded Goods
For all our non-branded products (anything without a Remarkable Running Logo), returns and refunds are managed directly with our suppliers. Customers can login and initiate a return via this link: https://account.remarkablerunning.com

Returns Policy:
Our suppliers have a 30-day free shipping return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
European Union 14 day cooling off period:
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Getting The Refund:
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return, please contact the supplier directly.
